The staff addressed all our concerns and worked with my mom until she was truly ready to go home and function on her own. The entire team showed that when healthcare members work with families and address their concerns, patients can go home safely. We are so thankful for the care she received while there!

The facility is clean and so are the patients. I don’t have a single complaint. My mother did well and we were able to bring her home. If the situation arose, I would not hesitate to use Vivo Healthcare Normandy again. It's worth your time to visit the facility and see for yourself!

My experience at Vivo Healthcare Normandy was excellent. The staff is really helpful and due to the amazing therapists I can now walk and stand better. My balance improved as well. The housekeepers were also great and kept the facility nice and clean.

My 85-year-old mother was admitted for recovery and therapy due to a total knee replacement surgery. She was here for one month. During this time, she received excellent care from the nursing and rehab staff. They treated my mother with utmost care and genuine concern. They were always willing to speak to me if I had any questions. I was there at least once a day and the entire staff was caring, friendly and loving to all the patients, all the time.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and caring. I have had a few experiences with rehab and while there is no perfect place, the difference is in how they respond to problems that arise. At Vivo Healthcare Normandy, they will respond. I had one problem while my loved one was here, and it was addressed and corrected promptly. In my opinion, they did a great job!

Vivo Healthcare Normandy is truly a great facility! The patients are taken care of, the therapists are wonderful and the staff is very friendly. My mom was a patient here twice last year and both times she received wonderful care and was discharged home. My mom only has positive things to say! According to her, they are always smiling and have tons of positive energy.
