I appreciate the care provided for my mother at your facility. As it was her birthday, she was presented with ha cake, balloons, and happy birthday sung to her. I wish to send my sincerest appreciation to Fatima and Mariah. They both helped immensely in the care of my mom.

Access was easy. Staff was friendly, and instructions were clear to get checked in and get a badge to enter. Once inside, staff were helpful in directing me to the person I needed to see. Everyone was courteous and made the visit welcoming.

I just recently admitted my mother to this facility. When we toured, I saw everyone (staff and patients included) smiling and moving about the entire building. The morale felt great. Fatima in admissions was kind, helpful, and she made everything so easy for us.

I have just moved my dear mother to Vivo Healthcare Ocoee. I must say, having had my mom in other nursing homes, what sets this nursing home apart from the rest is the level of care and customer service.
