Abby Pinion
Business Office Manager
ABBY PINION
Abby Pinion is a seasoned and dedicated healthcare professional with over 13 years of experience in Senior Living. Her journey began as a receptionist at a small nursing facility, where she quickly discovered her passion for working with senior citizens.
Over the years, Abby expanded her expertise by taking on roles in Medical Records, Admissions, and Social Services. Eventually, she found her niche in the Business Office. As a Business Office Manager, she oversees Medicaid, billing, collections, and resident trust funds—ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with healthcare regulations.
Her deep commitment to both residents and the business side of senior care has made her an invaluable asset to every team she’s been a part of.

Brian Ouelette
Administrator
BRIAN OUELETTE
Brian Ouellette, CHFM, NHA is a healthcare management and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience leading daily facility activities. Brian's expertise includes patient relations, management and oversight of clinical and financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
His long-term care experience encompasses facilities management and regulatory compliance, clinical management, financial management, marketing and patient relations, and human resources. He has also managed a hospital campus spanning one million square feet including facilities operational budgets and federal and state compliance.
Brian’s educational achievements include a Bachelor’s of Science in Long-term Health Care Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and an Associate in Science from the physical therapy assistant program at Seminole State College of Florida. He holds several licenses, including Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager.

Melissa Barnett
MELISSA BARNETT
Melissia Barnett is the Director of Nursing at Vivo Healthcare of Ocoee, where she oversees the day-to-day delivery of exceptional nursing care to our valued community. With a deep commitment to compassion and excellence, Melissia ensures that every resident receives the highest standard of care, whether they are with us long-term or temporarily.
In addition to her professional role, Melissia is a devoted daughter, wife, and mother, bringing her nurturing spirit to both her family and her work. She is passionate about creating a supportive and loving environment for all those she serves.

Gary Douylliez
GARY DOUYLLIEZ
Gary is a true Floridian, he was born and raised in North Florida. He grew up cooking with his Mom, Grandma and Aunt. Gary attended First Coast Technical College, where he earned his degree in Culinary Arts.
He owned two restaurants, Rumors Café & City Bakery in his hometown, Green Cove Springs, for nearly ten years. Due to medical issues, he retired from the culinary world for a few years. But his heart was in food and he had to return to the culinary field.
He went to work as the Culinary Director for a group of Bed & Breakfast Inns in St Augustine, where he oversaw all weddings, meetings, retreats and special events, along with the daily foodservice. He even performed many weddings at the Inns. For several years, he appeared monthly on the WJXT Channel 4 Morning Show representing the Inns of Elegance.
In 2014 he got into the Senior Living side of foodservice, where he became a Certified Dietary Manager. In this field he has worked in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities. Gary truly loves working with our senior loved ones, making sure that we care for them in the best way, making their stays as pleasant as possible.

Fatima Sesay
Director of Admissions
FATIMA SESAY
Fatmata (Fatima) Sesay has three years of experience working in the healthcare field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently continuing her education in Social Services.
She loves working with her patients and doing everything she can to make sure her patients and families have an excellent experience as much as possible. She loves music, dance, food, travel and spending time with her loved ones. One of her favorite books that she is currently reading is The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. A quote that particularly resonates with her is: "Under any circumstances, always do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to when you are sick. But simply do your best" Inspired by this philosophy, she is committed to creating a comfortable environment where patients feel supported and receive the care they need.
Through her efforts, alongside the dedication of entire manager team and staff, she believes they can provide the compassionate and comprehensive care her patients deserve.

Louis Silva

LOUIS SILVA
With over 23 years of dedicated service, I’ve built a career rooted in commitment, reliability, and compassion. As Maintenance Director, my top priority is the safety, comfort, and well-being of every resident. I take pride in doing whatever I can to create a positive and secure environment for those in our care.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong set of technical and leadership skills and a proven track record of maintaining high standards and solving challenges with efficiency and heart.
Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with my wife of 29 years. I’m proud to call Sumter County home and look forward to continuing to serve my community and support those who need it most.

Sarah King
Social Services Director
SARAH KING
Sarah King has 15 years of experience, in various director roles, as a Healthcare Professional.
With comprehensive experience in overseeing various departments including medical records, therapeutic recreation, admissions, and social services, coupled with formal academic training from the University of South Florida and executive education from Harvard University, she demonstrates a strong foundation of interdisciplinary knowledge and professional competency.
Her exceptional interpersonal communication skills, unwavering dedication to residents and their families, and her readiness to assist wherever needed make her an invaluable member of our team.

Artashia Joseph
Director of Rehabilitation
ARTASHIA JOSEPH
My name is Artarshia Joseph. I am a licensed Occupational Therapist and Lymphedema therapist with over 25 years of experience.
I am currently the Director of Rehabilitation at West Orange Center with a proven track record in team leadership, program development, and operational excellence in subacute care.
Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and achieving superior patient outcomes.

Hi! My name is Ruth Rivera, Activities Director! I am a Certified Activates Director and have a degree in Early Childhood education.
I bring a playful approach to senior activities. I excel in event planning, and Resident Engagement.
